creed Creeds & Confessions

We are part of the Reformed Church in America (RCA). This means that, as a denomination, we affirm specific statements of belief called creeds and confessions. These statements are biblically based and were written to respond to issues by explaining in detail what the church believes about those topics. See more:

We are multi-ethnic & multi-cultural families; young and old; we are children, parents and grandparents; we are God's people. We are those seeking God - a community rooted in the Word and walking in the promise of new life in Jesus Christ.

Meaning that we are called to interpret the
gospel in a contemporary context mindful of the world we live in, demonstrating the love of Christ to all people in all ways that are relative and meaningful. No one is excluded. All God's children are welcome.

Built on the foundation of a historic Protestant denomination, we believe in the triune God; Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We confess Jesus Christ as Lord of all where love, peace, social justice, and the gospel meet.

We worship God joyfully through contemporary worship songs and traditional hymns. There is a place for all, whether you like to sing in a choir, with the worship team, or dancing with the flag/banner. We honor the unique gifts God has given to each of us for use in worshiping the Lord!

Children are nurtured in our church - having a central place in our Worship Service, be it in the reading of scripture, in children's messages, music and dance. At the Lord's Table children are invited into the sacramental life of the church through Holy communion.
