We are chosen by God because God created us with specific purpose. Our purpose in life is to live Holy and blameless in front of God. We are chosen by God to become His sons and daughters. His plans are bigger than what we expected. God knows the gifts and talents that He has for you. The question is, are we living according to His purpose? 

No matter what situations are you living in right now, you are God's child first. When you truly understands your identity in Christ, you will be able to live your life in a purposeful way. When you truly understands your identity in Christ, the Holy Spirit will give you strength, will guide you to leave your sinful way of living behind. You no longer live just for the sake of living. You no longer live according to what the world wants you to be. You will live for Christ.
